is sited where and which members of staff use it.
The Digitec Print
Audit is a piece of software that sits on the workstation across
a network and records “what” is printed, “when” it is printed, “where” it
is printed and how "often" it
is printed.
When these audits are conducted the customer has, for the first
time, a true record of the actual cost of photocopying and printing
across the
organisation.
On completion of the Print Audit you will be aware which devices
in your organisation are the most cost effective to print to and
which devices are the most expensive.
